If there was a choice for 0 stars this store would get it I waited in line when there was no one in the freaking store plus I was going to buy a bracelet there but the store associate was super rude they kept following me around asking so when are you going to buy this i am like Id like to look at it for more then 3 seconds to decide and look at other stuff too man we’re they so rude they can keep there merchandise I will just shop at Yorkdale

Last week I was helped by a wonderful employee named Lisa. With her help, and guidance, I bought a beautiful saffiano bag.The whole experience was wonderful with her. She took the time to explain to me all the details and all the pros of this bag, and caring for the bag. She spent a good half an hour with us and we were thrilled. I gave her my card and I said Lisa we're going to be doing more business with you. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the treatment that she showed us.Thank you again for your help Lisa she loves the bag and we will see you again.

The worst customer service. Staff name Crishell? The way she talks to customer is really rude and make us feel upset. I really felt unpleasant and did not want to buy anything. She did not help us at all. Different staff helped us and when she try to help us cash out, suddenly Crishell? came up and let her go and she did it. WHY? You didn’t even helped us. Awful service. Looks like she try to have commission. It was the worst day even I spend $$$$.

Beautiful store, helpful staff. I’ve made a few purchases here and each has been a pleasant experience.The lineup to enter the store disappoints me every single time. Smaller luxury stores have much quicker moving lines, because they have more SA’s working.

Waited over 30 minutes in cold to get in the store, with my pregnant wife. A group of 5 people left the store and security person allowed only 2 people to get in the store stating they are allowing only groups of people in. Having said that i asked for the manager and requested to allow me and my pregnant wife in the store since the store was not that busy and it was quite cold and the manager of the store replied that unfortunately she cant help out regardless if we are dealing with pregnant woman waiting outside or not, since they only allow groups. Quite horrendous service no care for their customers my family and i no longer will be shopping in this store and from this brand.

I absolutely hate this store, they intentionally dont let people in to have a line up. You can see there are a lot of staff not helping customers and just standing around but still their policy is not to let people in to have a longer line ! Crazzy.

Prada box stained my Louis Vuitton neverfull mm bag! I threw out the boxes as soon as I saw this but decided to return one of the three items I bought from prada. There was almost an issue with the return! Luckily they approved but now I’m stuck w stained purse. Upsetting for a company that is considered luxury has colour from there boxes rub off. (Yorkdale location).

Terrible customer service.Imagine driving a couple hours to visit this store, purchasing some boots for $550, only to discover that the salesperson put 2 different sized boots in the box after you've driven all the way home. Well this is the level of service you can expect at the Prada Outlet and the experience gets much worse.We returned 3 weeks later to get a refund and the manager was argumentative, rude and did not even offer a basic apology for the fact that his store sent a customer home with mismatched boots. Why, you might wonder, would there ever be an issue given this situation? In the manager"'s view

For being the only Prada in Canada they should be expected to have a highest degree of excellence in all manners. While their store was clean and well kept, it felt like a mirror maze. We encountered a less than enthusiastic employee who seemed condescending regarding our inference about a price reduction on a damaged good. They didn’t offer a discount and the same employee showed little empathy.

Excellent service special to Lisa(Patricia) ! Extremely accommodating and patient to all my questions. Very professional and good sense in fashion. Over all experience : more than 5 stars ! Will be back ❤️
